I don't know if it really matters... but i'd do a 25 for the S14 for year reasons. Even though it is an "up in the air issue" engines should be at least the same year as the car they are going in... the less ammo they have against you the better. Just my opinion.

no i'm not on crack, thank you for the mature complement. to make myself sound all cool like you i'll just say thisI prefer my car having clean lines over putting the dupont grandkids through college.(figure it out)

well with an RB I think you can have it look how you want. I like the body kit so far (still want more pix) but as far as the wing... I grow tired of supra wings, they look good if the car has round lines (ie: a supra or even an eclipse) but I really think a type "X" wing would look great.

Thats my opinion, either way its a bad azz car... I want to see more of your wife's R32 faced 240... now there is a car that deserves a skyline motor:)

Don't mind 'em night, i can see just from looking at it that it wasn't an easy task.(i'm a body man)....as for the wing, i think it looks nice although i'd like to see a side profile. And i realize its too late now that you got the paint done, but i would have shaved the door handles and gas tank. As long as the car has the balls to back up the looks its all good, IMO you did it in the right order(engine first)

Projekt,How are you gonna call his car "ugly"?? Sure, you can say you would have done something different or you don't like his spoiler or rims, but that's just disrespectful to criticize his hard work. You're entitled to your opinion, but if you think 240's are ugly, I guess you'll just have to stick with that kick *** B2600 (that's the one with the BIG 4-cylinder, right?)

I called his car ugly because i think it's ugly. criticism is something someone like night can take, i'm pretty sure i didn't make him cry. I never said 240s are ugly, i've liked them since i saw my first coupe. and i know my kick *** B2600i is so cool that's why i drive it, not because i can't afford another car since both of mine had died. and yes, it has the BIG 4 cylinder.

You are entitled to your opinion, thats fine, but you could have a little more tact. Would you walk up to someone and tell them: "Hey you're cool and all but your kid looks like he got hit in the face with shovel?" I'd hope not.

You got on rbsileighty's case about putting out "mature" comments; pay attention because the same goes for you. Maturity is being able to know what to say and when, there are better ways to express your opinion than what you said.

I didn't think he was talking to me (i just quoted the previous statement without editing it...). I was just talking about the 20 vs 25 issue in a S14. I do agree that pissing contests will get us no where.

There are plenty of people who don't like certain styles. I am personally a "less is more" kind of guy, and only plan on using a ground effects kit to allow my FMIC to get the most air as possible. I will either go with the East Bear Silvia kit or the McKinney front end (should they decide to make another one for me).... and once i do the Silvia front end conversion.

The way I look at it is... since most people want the wild aftermarket stuff... the stock stuff I want to use will be that much cheaper!

Not everyone is going to agree... that's a fact. Some people just tend to voice it more than others. Make your car a reflection of you and stand behind it. Anyone worth anything will respect you for that. Of course this is all my opinion and you don't have to agree with this either... it won't bother me if you don't.

ok lets see if I can get this right.... you have an RB25 powered 240 and you are building another RB powered 240 for your wife but hers has an R32 front and might have AWD...

how can I get in that family?

"Daddy? Is that you?"

lol:)
