so I've been on spring break this week and I wanted to do some car stuff but it's been raining pretty much the whole week. I started trying to put my fins back on but because of bad weather I just half assed it. I plan to finish it up when I get time (and sunny weather). so I just sprayed it black so its not super noticeable. I will fix it in the future though.... Also I installed front endlinks I got a really good deal on

I'm really happy with this side, even though it still needs more work

It'll take $20-$30, a couple days, some hard work, and some nice weather. I used green frog tape (or what ever its called), same as the blue tape but stops over spray a little better. Also JB-weld (got it from Oriley's), some flat black engine enamel paint from Oriley's, some low grit and high grit sand paper from lowes, and 4 screws.

tape the fins on over the regular flat area next to your tips (where the fins should be). once you have it in the spot you want and it looks straight, put a screw in the middle and a screw at the bottom (like under the fin). after the screws are in, mix JB-weld (it helps to let it sit for a while after mixing it so it's a little harder and it wont drip off). fill in all the gaps and then leave it alone for a day. it will be hard as a rock. do as much sanding as possible to blend the edges perfectly. after hours (days?) of sanding, remove the screws and add JB-weld to fill the holes where the screws were. leave it alone for a day. then sand it and make sure everything is nice and smooth. low grit sand paper (the rough kind) is good for most of the work but once your done with that, use high grit sand paper (the softer one) to smooth things out. after everything is nice and smooth, wash it and dry it to get all the dust and everything gone. tape off the bumper and tips, and spray the diffuser flat black. don't spray too close or it'll come out bad..... its pretty simple, just takes some time and work.

keep in mind that mine is not done and when it is, it'll look MUCH better then the pics... also you might want to trim and sand the tips prior to get them nice looking. oh and do some more sanding to get the line above your tips straight. I noticed yours sort of dips in the middle where the original fins were.
