Just got front Progress sway bar for my s13. Rear is on its way, and I should get it sometime next week. I'm going to install front one tomorrow and got a couple of questions.

Movement of sway bar will be minimal for the hole #1, so it should be the most stiff setting. Am I right?

Length of end link is also adjustable. I think I should set them same as stock endlinks, but is there any reason I should set it longer or shorter than stock ones?

I was debating in between progress and Whiteline, but decided to go with Progress because of the endlinks that come with the bars. Bar & endlinks, overall quality is just amazing. Front is solid 27mm 3 way adjustable.

Kickass, I am going to get Progress too, so I will be checking back to see if yah did a writeup *nudge. On top of what you listed, Progress is a great brand to go with because they are hollow bars which add 5% more stiffness and the Clearance for S13's is awesome with Progress; Whitelines on the other hand have horrible ground clearance on S13's, S14's no problems, but horrible on S13's.

Yup! I'm going to do a write up on this.

Well, that's what I read when I did research on it, but a guy who sold me this said they are soild. He's one of Progress sway bars distributors, but I don't think he knows much about them. Yeah, I think they are hollow, but trust me it's really heavy, so there's no way you will think it's hollow. Anyway, I'm going to email and correct him about this.

Aftermarket blade type endlinks are $189 from SPL. I don't think Progress endlinks are as good as SPL endlinks, but still it's pretty damn good for the price.

I'm about to start working on it, and no one asnwered my Qs.I guess I'll just do whatever I think it's right. Instruction came with it, but it doesn't say anything about how to adjust stiffness and length of endlinks.

do you just word that weird or are you seriously saying hollow bars are stiffer than solid bars?

Okay, I saw that Progress sway bars are hollow in Wikipedia before, and that's why I've been thinking that they are hollow. I just got a reply from Progress Auto and their sway bars are all solid except Mustang and RX-8 sway bars. He said he would correct Wikipedia info. So guys, 240sx Progress sway bars are SOLID.
