Hey...

Well i'm about to finish my car soon...i've got it painted (i'll post some pics later...), and it's at my mechanics place today (we've almost finished with the i/c piping today...just need to fix a leak in the p/s line... (yes, i have p/s, didn't mod anything, just plugged it in the original r32 p/s pump place, and shut the extra one..), and a leak that i have from my oil pan now, i drove it around... from the body shop to the mechanics, and i noticed that on idle, my temp is at 87C, and while i drove it around, on 3k rpm 4'th gear (i don't have a speed sensor...) it was on 90C, is that normal?, no boost no nothing... i have 2 pushers that starts to work after 85C...

and i want to get the a/c to work... i have no place for the a/c rad with those pushers... which fan should i get? is anyone using the rb26 with a/c?

oh and i got 2 oil coolers now, one for the engine one for the transmission...

thanks,Tom

i see 90C driving around when im in stop and go and its 100F outside

but its nice and cool out now and my driving temps are about 72-75C with my flexalites always on

Hmm... I've got two 12" Perma-Cool High Performance pushers with A/C on an RB20, but unfortunately, I just recently got the A/C all together. Now it's in the 30-60 F range outside here in Illinois.

So next summer, I will let you know if she overheats.

Of course there's room.... I still have the SMIC! But I think they fit completely behind the brace that has the ambient temp sensor, hood latch, and stuff. I'll have to check to be sure. You could still probably fit the FMIC in there.

You can get them from Jegs, Summit, etc.

the fans will fit fine if you mount them on the ac condenser, thats how i had my car setup for quite a while until recently as i removed the ac condenser in favour of more airflow to the radiator.HOWEVER, if you choose to do this you MUST upgrade the radiator and make air guides to force air thru the radiator else you will more than likey not get enough airflow thru the radiator and could suffer overheating problems.combine that with a fmic and you kinda see why you need to do so......
