Installed the rear carpet. The speaker mounts won't fit at this point which I am working on. The seats cover the holes though. I painted the metal trim flat black which looks really good.
Also installed the Bugflector II I grabbed at the same junk yard. I need to hit it with the buffer. It hides what has become an ugly hood.
The carpet isn't too stiff, I was able to roll it up for transport. The black trim was originally gray metal and is just a nice finisher for the top of the carpet piece. The carpet doesn't need it to hang just it looks ugly without it.
Now if I can just find a center console in good condition.

I pulled that chunk of carpet out of mine and tossed it to have more space behind the seats....it made a noticeable difference in road noise....and my truck is noisy as hell to begin with.

A pic of the hood insulator borrowed from mrecoolgar's truck. It mounts on the underside of the hood. The base models and XE's didn't seem to come with this.

Looks really good on that back panel. As soon as I weld up the escape hatch, I'm going to put a carpeted panel in as well. I'm going to look around for a sliding rear window too. That will make not having AC a bit more tolerable.
