Progress of my SR re-build...

Well... it all began with a bad oil pump.. which resulted in

1. chewed up rod bearings2. chewed up main bearings & grooves on crank shaft3. Messed up cams4. Scorched cam seats5. Messed up rocker arms

So pretty much a bad oil pump ruined my engine...

Anyways, I am getting the block and the head hot tanked by a machine shop to get all the metal shavings out of the oil passages and what not. Also, prob machine the crank, get over-sized bearings, polish cam seats, put in good cams, rocker arms, valve stem seals, rear main seal.

When its done with the rebuild, it should be pretty damn good.

MAN that sucks didn't you just get that motor too...btw where did you get it from? clip or motorset?

hopes the new setup will be 10x better...

Yup I just got the motor... drove for 2 days and crapped out on me...
