Fred - have you ever seen Pimp My Ride before? It's all cosmetics and toys.

Now they do some complete cars on OverHaulin' and SpeedTv (can think of the shows name). They did a blue wide body S13 coupe like a year ago, 5 lug and I think SR.

i came in at the end of the show and i immediately recognized the S13. that is crazy. to bad it is a little ricey but its cool. hey now he can give me his seats instead of selling them!!!!!!!!

I would remove the wing OH GOD I would remove a lot of that stuff. I think it is ok at best they did a really cheesy job they could have done a better job.

I seen it before but not often and somehow I thought they improve the whole car.

Some of the looks things did are gfood otehrs are like, uh.. the wing needs to go and the fake hood scoop. If hes gonna keep teh lights he needs to upgrade the alternator .

Its clear those guys dont know what to do with an S13.

now its best to back up those looks with the following:

-New bushings-New Springs-New Shocks-Brake Kit-SR or RB or CA-Rip out the 6 monitors and heavy amp with steel(!) beams holding it (that stuff has gotta weight 200+ lbs! - weight is the enemy especially on an S13)

WTF That is the worst excuse for a "Tight " ride I have ever seen. That damn hood looks like **** and I see that wing on so many riced out hondas! HE should at least sell the hood and wing. like i said in 240 gen. if it has to be, remove the wing, take off the hood, sell those two and get a new hood, then remove the side decals. other than that, neon doesnt have to be on, (thank god for switches) and you know the audio makes it a nice all-around car.

definately not something id go for, but at least hes got a lot more now than what he had.

I was for sure expecting they'd throw in an SR or even better after all when you spend money on an S13 thats what it goes to first right?

When they said they were gonna make it like a videogame car I thought hell yeah I hear they get all sorts of cool go-fast options in that game suspensions set-ups and everything ( never played any of those games just going by hearsay)

With the money spend on the monitors and stuff that would have , made for a well-sorted SR swap.

I didnt realize they were just gonna make it <look> like a game car..

they dont do engines, and even so hes almost got his entire ka-t parts list set, hes just got to build it. i havent heard anything in a couple days, after news leaked of him getting this done, but last time he said anything he said it would be within a few weeks.

Never thought I would see a car with a new paint job that was in need of a rattle can job. Oh and as far as I can tell that car is still in need for speed.

I would love for them to pimp my ride so I could be the first person to have a look like WTF. I would not smile I would just sit there shocked like WTF the whole time. I would tell them thank you and then SELL it or try to get it sponsered by a REAL company.

I have never seen such a thorough bastardization of a 240sx before. What they did was take a car that could have been tastefully rebuilt to be decently quick and turn it into a slower more ricetastic version thereof. I must say that after watching that show, I have lost significant faith in humanity.
