Does anybody know where i can get an ECU, I've looked online and the only one that i have seen is the AEM one, and every site i look at says that it doesn't meet emissions for any state except cali.

try houston240sx.com theres alot of 240-part sellers out there... i got my ecu for my sr = 40 bucks...

Cali has the most complicated emissions in the country. You will never find a product that says "PA emission legal" or anything like that. If it passes with Cali then it will be good anywhere else in the world.
