Anyone know if U.S. Q45s from '02-'06 can be programmed to activate the daytime running lights? It's an easy job using a diagnostic computer on my '99 & '08 Jags - change the country from U.S to Canada & voila.

I've never heard of it being that simple on the Q, or any Nissan for that matter. It might be worth looking through your Q's factory service manual (available at www.infinitiservicemanual.com ) for clues.
