Hey I was just wondering what program is used to burn the chips for the ca ecu ? I haven't seen rafi (pulsargtr) around much, he burned mine. But if anyone has any information, it would be helpful. thanks

What program? Its the hardware that burns it. You can use any hex editor out there to modify the file. Or you can go to http://www.romeditor.com and get Live Edit or NRE to make changes.
