Okay, let me reiterate this.
Has anyone had a problem with tint interfering with electrical charge through speakers?

Exactly, Glass windows and plastic tint are both isolation for electric curent. Can iKey or any kind of remote be involved ?

IT VERY WELL COULD BEFROM THE TINT. ONLY "METALIC" BASED TINT (EXAMPLE- REFLECTIVE OR SEMI REFLECTIVE TINT) WILL CAUSE WHAT YOU ARE DESCRIBING.

i dont really think they use metal in there...its like saying if you see a red wall its going to taste like an apple...i need more coffee.
