profec b spec 2 question

I ran all the vac lines for my EBC. I used the NC and COM ports and I'm pretty sure I did everything right. Do you just leave the NO port on the solonoid unplugged/open? O I'm using an external WG. My vac lines look like this LOL. One other thing, like so many of us, the Tial gate that I'm using is flipped upside down. So the 'top' port is actually on the bottom. Right?
