I Changed the oil in My G, My moms Camry, Dads Altima, My Jeep and GF's Jeep!
I then Cleaned the K&N filter with the Cleaner Kit from K&N on the G and on the Jeep
Had to pick up a friends truck, jump start it and then drive like an hour to meet him to take a rental truck back to enterprise!
Then my dad got sent home from work after his company got audited! His residency card had expired like 12 months ago and they just found the problem lol! Had to pay 200 bux to a lawyer to get him into the USCIS office today! And had to pay 370 bux to have his residency reinstated! (parents are really having financial trouble for the last 2 years! I have been helping out by paying their mortgage each month... 1540 dollars later! )
After all that It hadn't rained and I said well Im going to wash the G really quick... 5 hours later Its done!
I Vaccumed, Cleaned and conditioned the leather, cleaned all the windows, armoraled the dash and wiped down all the doors!
Got the pressure washer out and cleaned under the hood and then put spray wax on everything and let it dry! (Trick I learned to give the motor and all the under hood area that shinny wet look)
Then I moved to the outside! I washed, then Claybared the G, Washed again, Dryed it, l then took a polishing compound and buffed the car with a buffer, I washed it again to get all of the residue off, Dryed again, applied 3 coats of polish, and then applied a coat of Tech Wax all with the buffer, I then used the Tire wet for the wheels and Chrome polish for all the Letters and Logos as well as the door trim and handles. I used Back to Black for the door mirrors (The flat painted portion). Then I used the RainX on all the windows. The last thing i did was apply PlastX to the head lights.
The car looks so good. I have never seen a black car with that kind of shine! It looked like BLACK WET GLASS! I have never had my G looking so good!
There is only one problem! It got to dark to take pictures...
I will take some in the morning or in the after noon some time with my D80... I might take it by the lake or the ocean to get some really good shots lol!
