Agreed! Us CA18 guys need all the parts support we can get! There are a lot of us out there willing to pay the money for quality parts. My vote is also for more CA18 parts and these cam gears!

Let us know whats going on with TMS's cam gears!

Sorry guys, I have been out of comission for the past week or so. had to have shoulder surgery.

Anyways, the inner part of the gear is dead on. The outer cog has some offset issues. So we are working on having a different outer gear machined. Time frame is undertermined right now, But this has been bumped to the top of the list as there seems to be demand of parts for the CA18DET.

You've asked four times.

If he was planning to sell a batch in black in the future; don't you think would have said something like, "keep an eye out for future shipments". Instead, he said, "No they are available in blue".

Why don't you buy a set in blue and paint them black?

Heck, why does it really matter what color they are.. unless you have a clear cover, nobody will see them anyhow.

Actually I've asked 3 times because he never responded so I asked again to bump the thread. Im not going to argue anyways. Your a good guy and helped me in the past and much props goes to you.

Maybe the black hasn't come across his mind yet or will consider it. And why am I going to buy a set to only make a mess and possibly ruin it? Im not going to pay $1XX to only do more work to it. I have no problem paying a bit more if they were to come in black and Im sure black would sell out faster.

Color matters to me because I dont want my engine bay looking like a damn rainbow under the hood. I have a theme and Im going to stick to it. I just asked a simple question. I dont want to get flamed for just making it clear to me. And no I have no cover.

But eitherway I'll find black adj. cams and rock them.
