problems with swap!!

hey guys i had a hatch with a blacktop sr and i bought a coupe and put the motor harness everything i basically switched everything from one car to another.. now i used the same engine harness but the inside i left it the same.. my rear tail lights are not working i dont remember that im missing a module or something... anyways the motor starts but runs like sh** because of the vaccums maybe someone can help me i need to get this car running right =/

i have 2 nipples ontop of the throttle body bottom one is capped off..
one on the bov
one on the same pipe where the bov goes
waste gate and the vaccum on the end of the injectors small little black piece that goes to my fuel pressure regulator..

i wanna know where i should connect these if someone could help me please its been a month and my car is parked i need it to go to school i dont wanna blow anything =/

i have a manual boost controller that one hose went to the wastegate and the other one i dont remember where someone please help me =/ thanks
