Problems with Stock Bose System

So the stock Bose 6CD In-Dash Player stopped taking in CDs....again. The first time I was under warranty,but now at 93K miles, I am out of luck. Everything else works, but I am a 100% perfectionist, and just can't stand it now working. So should I replace it with another Refurbished unit of the same model for $150 from eBay or go for something aftermarket in the same price range? Point to note: I need the Aux port for the rear DVD player, and still keep the stock steering wheel controls.
Truck is a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder LE.

I had the same problem and feel the same way with things working...I had this guy fix mine going on 3+ years ago and it's been flawless since. He corrects the inherint flaw in them.

Like I said I pulled mine shipped it out and within 2 weeks had it back all ready to go. Easy job to remove from dash.
