Problems with SR again :P

ok got in the new O2 sensor got the exhaust on and we figured it all out started and was running fine.. but we are now having a problem of it starts runs fine. then when it gets to running temp it drops down to like 300 rpms *not sure no tack yet* and then eventually stalls we messed with the throttle position and still does it but it didnt do it until after we wired int he O2 sensor and we checked to see if the wires were backward and all that still the same problem any ideas??

Check MAFS wiring or ground wires.

that was the problem before. and the wires were backward and it worked fine only thing i can think of is the 02 sensor is messed up some how cause it worked fine before we changed the 02 sensor and we put the exhaust on after the downpipe

When you unplug the o2 sensor what does the idle do?

when we unplugged the O2 it did nothing.. also it doesnt like to do cold starts at all...

02 sensor cannot be the culprit because it is only used for fuel economy.

How do you know it drops down to 300 rpm when you do not have a tach?

are you sure the o2 sensor is wired correctly? HT revised their Battery Area wiring instructions.. mine wasnt even hookedup until a few days ago..

we have hooked it up all ways possible and it didnt change anything

my dad works on domestics and he can hear and guess revs on engines its a guess not a positive. we are thinking possible old gas cause the gas is mildly old about 9 months maybe any other ideas would be great to try but it is weird that it ran fine before but when we put the exhaust on and it starts runnin like crap. who knows.. also is it possible to take the MAFS off the car and run it without my friend was wondering cause his friend with a Supra TT runs without emm and his car runs fine but i know on the KA's it starts to buck after 2k RPM's
