problems with speedometer, tach, and appears to be water temp, and fuel gauges

i have done checked fuses, and to what i can see relays, know where most are. the tack, speedo, i know doesn't work, and appears to be the same for the fuel gaugeand water temp. any help would be appreciated, is it a 91 model hatch with hicus

update on this problem fixed after further searching and all, it was found to be a messed up fuse, pull it out looked good, but put a meter on it wasn't
