Problems with outside temperature reading wrong.

I have a 2012 m37s my car is reading the outside temperature wrong what can I do

Please define "reading the outside temperature wrong." Are we talking just a few degrees? If so, that's normal. Otherwise, if it's like 10 degrees +/-, then yes you've got a problem.

I was using the radio with out the car being on so it drain my battery so I had to jump it and that's when the problem started but for some reason it came back to normal could be that the computers needed to adjust again?

Maybe its reading Celsius instead of Fahrenheit? I think there is an option to change the units, could be wrong.
