problems with my TCS

Hey guy's,. me again,. ok i have a problem with my TCs,. it stopped working,.the SLIP light and TCS lights are always on,. it happened around the same time i changed the rear brake pads,..any ideas on what is going on??,. winter is coming!,.

i just solved a similar problem with mine. It was simply the TCS relay underneath the battery tray. There are 2 relays and the TCS one is the one closest to the firewall. Before checking the relay I would make sure all 3 fuses are intact

ok, i checked fuses,. they seem fine,. i found the relays,. but i can't get them apart!is there some kinda trick to it??,. a clip that i can't see?

the relay has a clip on the side that slides on a metal tang.they usualy require a bit of persistance to slide them off.

yes they are difficult to slide off as they are a very tight fit on the metal bracket to which they are attached. I used a bit of WD40 and a lot of pulling, levering etc. Eventually they will slide off. Remember the one at the rear is the TCS one
