You need to have a pair of swivels and an extension. If you are removing the EGR, it frees up enough space to get your arm in there. Otherwise, you may want to remove the hoses at the front of the intake by the TB and slide your hand in that way, then through patience and 1/8 turns you will get it. Unless you have large hands, which would be a problem. I on the other-hand, work on imports because of my little japanese-like hands.

or u can do it the hard way and get a gear wrench and turn it 1/16 of a turn and have it take about 10 min...but thats only if u cant get the other tools.....
