problems with my nissan 200sx struggling to acelarate

hey all i have searched for a solution but cant find the answer i just bought a 200sx and am having problems with it when the car is cold it finds it very hard to start but if you percist for 5 mins it does finaly tern over and start but then runs very rough till warm once warmed up if i try to drive it it is very slugish and wont rev up corectly causeing the car to kangaroo a bit down the road anyone have any idea what this could be many thanksscott

to add to this i have just done a compresson test on it am getting 100\110\150\100
