My coupe is about 2 months old, for about 2 weeks now whenever i brake my coupe kind of jerks, not the actual car but it feels like the transmission is slipping

any ideas on why this is happening?

Yea I'm gonna agree with blake. Mine kinda did the same thing right before it went out. I would say take it to a dealer and have them check it out. Just remember if it breaks before you bring it in don't pay to have it towed charge that ish to the dealer.

Yea thanks for the advice guys, im just really pissed off about this whole thing, if it was on the verge of breaking would the dealer give me a new transmission under warranty?

WOW! i drive my car hard sometimes and race it and everything and never had any issues.... is it just that some are defective or could you screw up your transmission by driving it hard with some modifications (keeping it N/A)?

Ive done about 12 runs on 4 different visits to the track and my transmission was messed up. I'm also still N/A. I just think this the transmission is aweful. Looking for an upgrade very soon.

i just got my car back from the dealership yesterday, b/c the transmission was leaking, so they replaced it with a new one, and now something else is leaking and leaving huge spots where the car was parked. i dont know if its still a trasnmission problem or what, but this is frustrating...we'll see what they say tomorrow when i take it to them

I have the same problem. Brought it to the dealer and they couldnt simulate the problem. Maybe if I just keep bringing it back they will replace it.

wow thats crazy! i been to the track about 4 times (forgot if it was 3 or 4) and all but 1 time i ran it with no muffler and got really good times, drove it hard around town and everything..... if mine does go out i hope they cover it under warranty and don't try to say that since i got mods done to the car it's voided or something

So it wasn't my Winters slipping?!?!

I was pushing her/shifted at 6k when this "jerk" happened/twice.

I'm guessing when I drop it off, they will not simulate this.
