Problems with Gages

Hey everybody...Im having problems with my gages (speedometer, tach., gas, and temp.) I just put in a new clutch in my car and was out drivin around breakin in my clutch got about 450 miles on it car was running good and all of a sudden my radio shut off and I look down at my gages and none of them are on???Then I got 2 a street light and my car began to idle really rough had 2 give it gas so it wouldn't shut off...I was able to make it home put the car in the garage. the next day went out to start it the car started up and idled fine but gages were still out. I took the car around a couple of blocks and as the car warmed up it began 2 idle rough again...I came to the conclusion I have an electrical problem and I am not sure where to begin.If anybody has any idea on what my problem could be it would be great.

did any portion of harness get pinched between the engine and transmission? have you checked the fuses in the kick plate?
