Problems with electrical after 240sx transmission swap

Hey guys, i have a couple of questions...

Firstly, i followed one of the walk-thru's posted on nico for transmission swaps, and after i have done the wiring, and the car runs, i have issues with lights...

My reverse lights are always on. They stay on all the time when i have the key in on, and accessory. However, if i turn the lights on, without the key in the ignition, they do not come on.. Any help?

Another issue is my speedometer... I have done the swap, but still have the auto ecu in, is this the problem? my speedo doesnt move, however, all other guages in dash do... Any help would be nice.

Another issue is My pop up lights seem to behave erratically, the right one gets stuck half way down, and wont move after that. It will click as if it is trying...

Finally, Does anybody know after you do the swap, are there any mounts that hold the exhaust to the transmission or body of underside of car? I had at least 2 on the automatic, but cannot seem to connect any of them on the manual??
