Problems with ECU Nissan Quest 2006 SE

We have a problem. We remove the intake manifold plenum to change the ignition coils. After that we unassemble the Throttle from the plenum to clean all. ECU disconnected too.

We were unable to start the engine, perform scan and got Codes:

P2101 - Powertrain
Throttle Position Actuator Control Motor Circuit Range / Performance
P2100 - Powertrain
Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit / Open

We are lost, see a lot of ECU and TB resetting instructions but we don't know which one applies to my Nissan Quest 2006.

Can anyone help me, please.
