problems with ecu after air/fuel raito install

kay so the gauge is reading fine, never lean, never rich. engine runs the same no problems, no check engine light, but my ecu is never bolted up under the dashboard, i have it on the floor for now and while i was driving tonight, my ecu out of know where started blinking green lamps, i counted them. the first time was 28 which i don't ****ing know what the **** that is... then the next was 11 which is crank sensor which i didn't even mess with it. then for a while i dissconnect my battery, re-connected battery went for a drive, the ecu stopped blinking for a while, then it start all over again, but this time it didn't give me 28, it just kept giving me 11.

any idea's?
