Problems with digital climate control

Hi, I have a problem with my digital climate control, the car is a '94 180sx; It came with it from Japan, all buttons works, Problem is the car didn't want to blow hot air when I put 32C, and when it did, and I don't know how I did it, car started to blow hot air, now I turn the a/c and 18C (coldest setting), and it will jut blow hot air, the a/c compressor clutch turns off/on, and there is gas in the system, what could be wrong?

might be your motor linkage i have the same problem i got to fix it tho

It could be that motor that controls the heat setting is bad.

you could take you dash out for easy acesses

or

you could take the floor vent on the passenger side and the radio out. it should be all the way in the back. change you temp and see if it moves if not you need a motor if it dose you need to to make something like a coat hanger linkage and a bolt so the little plastic clip wont strip again.

i think mine stripped need to check ive been lazy

usdm dont have that motor, usdm use a cable from the hvac to the door flap. you need to buy motor from someone that sells the conversions they usally go for 60buck

Motor from Maxima also works too.

This guy used to have a lot, but last time I checked, he's out of them.
