When I get a phone call, and I don't pick it up (missed call) the bluetooth keeps ringing, even though the person calling me already hung up/got directed to voicemail. The ringing just doesn't stop, unless I either disconnect my phone or make a call. Anybody else have this problem?

I have a Motorola Razr V3 on the AT&T network.

I have the tech package, so I don't know if this problem is unique to it.

Another problem I have, is that even though I transfered phone numbers from my phone to the car via bluetooth (name and number), if that person calls, only the number shows up, not their name.

I have had the ringing thing happen once but has been fine since. As far as the caller ID goes, I don't even get a number. All I get is Private Caller. Anybody have an idea how to fix that?

the razor v3 series of phones only has 1 bluetooth connection built in, so it can either give you the phone book info, it can answer the call, or it can send the call though your car, but it cannot do multiple things. if you are using the phone to talk through the car you cant get access to the phones phone book through the bluetooth.

f your having rining after the call issues it may be a pairing problem, delete the pairing info in the phone and try re pairing the bluetooth.

if you want a good bluetooth phone ask for one with 2 bluetooth connections. then you can answer/recieve calls and get access to the phone book caller id etc.
