Problems Upon Acceleration

1995 pathy, 4wd. She is usually fine when cold. its after a bit warm, she will not go past 2500 rpms. now its getting lower, almost 2000. ill just be driving like normal, and pow it feels like not enough fuel, no backfires. just really rough running. ive replaced maf, tps, pcv valve. i cleaned spark plugs, replaced cap and rotor, and checked fuel pressure. runs about 33 psi and 43 when regulator unplugged.

i unplugged fuel regulator, and smelled very faint fuel in vacuum line. no fuel coming out. of regulator. when i press on accelorator with regulator disconnected, the fuel pressure does not change at all. i heard it was supposed to.

there are no codes its throwing either. except the speed sensor, but thats been that way for atleast 4 years and never done this before.

i have no idea whats going on here. this is my daily driver, i have no backup, and im a only parent who has to take time off work till i get this fixed. help is much appriciated thankyou. lets get this done!
