Ok my RB20 is running like ****, timing is off I know that for sure I have my 550cc injectors, Z32 MAF. I set the Safc 2 to calculate 1 in 1/2 out so that it doesn't run extremely rich, yet she starts up and dies unless you constantly give it throttle and yes I am running a lil rich. Opinions??? I'm thinking maybe just set the safc calculation to 1 in 1 out and set the sensor type to RB20DET in and out and just let the z32 maf lean it out. basically not telling the ecu that it has a z32 maf so that the maf sends less voltage then the stock rb20 would.

IN the AFC there is settings for the AFM etc.On a Rb25 the std in Hotwire 4.. its in the manual...youhave to setup the IN/OUT with the 300zx afm and std engine.. ie if 300zx is 2 it woule be 2/4 (or 4/2) can't remeber

The 1/2 is when you are using twin afm.

Did you use the Vamp taps? They always seem to work them self lose. Check and re Check. Did you lean it out on the low map at the low RPM till it idles right?
