Learn to type normally and maybe someone will help. I, for one, will not now since you're yelling. Good luck with that.

Check your wiring, check fuses and relays.... sounds like an ignition accessory relay, or fuse issue.

^ Start there. And use some punctuation because it makes things easier to read and more likely for people to want to help you, see?

If your car is an 89 i'm pretty sure you need a dohc ka cluster not 100% on that though. You likely blew your illumination fuse when "installing" your radio. i assume chopped harness? Did you do the under dash wiring for the swap that includes the wiring for tach, rpm, and temp?

I hope you're meaning the plug on the pass side above the ECU. Other than that, there is no dash wiring for the swap.

Correct.

He said it all lights up, except for the taillights.... (If I separated the run-on sentences correctly.)

on the passenger side above the ecu would be considered under dash seeing as how it's under the dash....
