problems starting

hey guys i have a 91 240sx coupe and just recently i have been having starting problems. lights stay on when i turn the key so it cant be a dead battery because it eventually starts...it doesnt even attemp to turn over...i tested the starter and it works fine, the ignition relay clicks so that should be good? i dont know...it usually starts after awhile....but lately it wont...i need help...thanks guys!

see starter in tutorial link in my signature. Ignition relay does not affect starting. Interlock relay by battery does though. hit the starter when you have this problem. also jump start with known good battery to eliminate bad battery. check cable tightness and cleanness.
