I have a strange (to me) problem that began about three months ago. I have a 2007 SL versa. When I park my car and let it sit for hours. Like when I am at work. When I get back in to leave I turn on my blower fan and nothing. After maybe a minute it turns on like nothing happened. It usually is very hot inside of the car. I have had this car 2 years and this is a recent problem that has occurred. I did just recently chage the filter to the cabin myself. But that was pretty easy. Any help would be appreciated!

If you are still under the factory warranty I would take it to Nissan and have them fix it. Now, beforehand I would try and tape the problem on your cellphone or something to show them because if it does not happen to them they will simply give it back to you with a "could not replicate"

There has been a recall on the factory fuel pump, that could explain it. Bring it in for service!

Not sure what the fuel pump would have to do with the fan not working inside the cabin of the car, but there is no recall of the fuel pump. Only a technical service bulletin calling for the replacement of the fuel pressure regulator when the car turns over and fails to start.

I appreciate people who think outside the box. Too many people are too linear when they are trying to solve a problem. I wasn't trying to be critical; I thought maybe you knew why the fuel pump might have a connection to the blower fan.
