Hey Everybody! New to this site and need some help! I recently purchased a 2006 G35 6MT. When I first purchased this car, it was very smooth. After a few weeks of driving, I've noticed that whenever I press the accel., the rpm shoots up and the speed seems to remain the same. Don't know if this is a transmission problem or if there is a problem since its an electronic throttle system. Or if juss simply its because the way I drive. Any suggestions or advices are greatly appreciated. I've looked around the forums for someone with this problem but cant seem to find any. Sorry if this is another repost of someone elses post!

Sounds like a slipping clutch.

Could it also be the clutch release fork? Also does anybody know a good shop in Northern California?
