problem with the transmission vert

hard to go to first gear i have to force it and when go to second gear it grinds if i shift to fast and when i put in to reverse is grinds or clunk noise." i step on the clutch all the way when shifting gears "

I am currently having the same problem but my gears shift smooth, start with something simple like changing gear oil and checking the throwout bearing. Worse comes to worse it might be your synchronizers, KA or SR transmission?

ka its a s14 motor and i just check under my car is little puddle spots, looks like transmission fluid

I was saying check trans fluid, if thats low it could cause minor grinding.
