problem with the first cylinder

first off i apoligize if theres allready a post on this.

ok now, ive got a 89 nissan 240sx with a ka24e. my problem is i hit a pole 6 months ago and ever since i have been haveing a problem with my first cylinder. the cylinder gets spark and fuel but dosnt fire. the engine only has 125,000 which is not bad for a 89. also it sat for 4 months with out a hood so i think its a electrica problem. so if anyone can help me out with some tests i can run it would be helpful.thanks

p.s. i am in the middle of rebuilding a ka24e so internal tests arnt needed,i just want this engine to last till the new ones done.

is the injector getting power, and is it opening?
