Problem with taking out 240sx stock header

hi guys, im having some trouble taking out the stock header out of my 95 240. i circle the problem on the picture where i have no clue how to detach. please give me some pointers. thanks

That's your connection from the exhaust to the EGR valve. There should be a nut that threads into the exhaust manifold that you can unscrew and the tube should slide out. Might wanna use some PB Blaster too, as it's probably rusted in there.
