problem with sunroof tilt!!! 92 q45

hey, i'm having trouble with my tilt on my sunroof!! my slide option works fine, but i can't get the tilt to work!!! please help!! thanx

I should use them . My sunroof has issues. I haven't tried opening since the week I bought the car. I remember it was sticky back then and I don't want to mess around with it until I resolve other more important things on my list.
