Problem with running rich

Ive had my sr in my car for about a year now, has 18k miles that I put on itStock intake 2.5" exhaust and stock turbo.

Im having a problem running rich, doesnt do it cold on a warm day, but after about 15 miles of highway driving I get into town and it starts running rich (i can smell it and taking off in 1st is slugish and sputters when i tap the gas in nuetral)

I replaced the o2 sensor and made sure the TPS was set correctly and cleaned the MAFS. It doesnt seem to do it at night (when its cooler out)

I heard some stuff about coolent temp sensor? any info would be great

You can check your coolant temp sensor with a voltmeter. The procedure is listed in the FSM.
