Problem with right turning signal lights on the rear that stays on all the time

ok, my front right side marker and the rear side marker won't lit. The rear right turning signal light stays on and also will not blink even when I turn on the lights. Inside the gauge cluster, the right turn signal stays on and will not blink, even when I turn on to the right. There is no cross-wire, no burnt bulbs, and no loose connections. What is the problem?

The light in the instrument cluster stays lit, when you have the turn signal on, to tell you that the bulb is burned out. Since you checked the bulb, and it's not burned out, I'd check all the wiring to and from that bulb. I'll bet that one is broken somewhere along the way.

on my car, it was a loose wire where the bulb connects to the harness. check to see it wasnt stretched or anything.
