my KA and my new alum radiator causes interference with the air intake pipe (goes from intercooler to intake)

I was not planning to use ither but the stock 1/2 cut radiator but the darn seller (JARCO) put a hole in my radiator and does not want to admit it.

JARCO is not very responsible - Ill end at this otherwise ....

What do you guys do with your swap as far as radiator is concern ?

Umm.. what are you talking about? I'm not sure I understand what you are describing here 100%

I'll make some assumptions here. The lower radiator hose is in the way of the cold pipe from your intercooler? If that is the case, you have your intercooler piping on wrong if you have one of the common kits.

I can only understand a minimum of what you're trying to say. Please clarify what you're trying to say. And what goes from intercooler to intake? Intake connects to filter. Intercooler connects to throttle body and turbo. Do you know what you're talking about?

The hose that goes from the TB to the intercoloer is intersecting the (top) radiator hose on the non JDM radiator.

JArco broke the JDM radiator so now im stuck

car started and sound great but cant go anywhere

I also bought a new alum radiator but its the same prob because the hose is on the passenger side (non JDM)

any suggestions ???

1) take that aluminum radiator back and get a Koyo for the SR20DET2) what kit do you have? A lot of people use the USDM radiator and don't have problems with their cold pipes.3) pics?

Yep Im using my sohc ka radiator with my stock smic and have no issues with my radiator hoses. Been through 105+ degrees down here in the desert area 2 yrs now and still haven't overheated.
