problem with q45 brake upgrade

FOr some reason I can't get the calipers to bolt onto the hub assembly. I'm using Q45 calipers and the bolts from the S14 front calipers, but the bolt only thread in about 2/3 of the way before they get stuck. Should I be using the Q45 bolts (whihc i dont have) or is the rust and corrosion my problem? I've been trying to wire brush the bolts and the holes because some of the threads are a little rusty, but I thought that by now they would thread in fully. I guess not In the future I'll just buy remanned calipers from autozone, buying them used from someone is wayy too much of a hassle.

I've cleaned teh bolts off really well and they still won't thread. I think the calipers that this guy sent me are just too messed up. He told me after I got them that the pads and clips were a rusty mess...if I had known that before I would have steered clear. So gay.
