problem with new ecu

Well, I'm having some issues with my car now that I installed a tuned ecu. I have a mild SR setup (full exhaust, fmic, boost controller, intake) The ecu I bought said it was tuned for: t25, stock injectors, fuel map refined for boost up 0.85-1.1bar, air cleaner, stock/walbro fuel pump, fmic and full exhaust.

The problem is when it idles it idles really rough, enough to move the engine around a bit and it sputters and backfires all the time. Am I not running enough boost or maybe my timing is off?
