In Europe, this car has never imported. Is an individual imports from the USA.Car isn´t crashed. All airbags are OK. I think that the fault is a sensor for air bags.Car have about 45000 mil. Where can I buy a switch ON-OFF-DOOR?Thanks.TomasC-Kwik wrote:Sorry to hear that you're having all of these issues. Did you buy a total loss reconstruction or something? Air bag lights are typically on because some component of the air bag system has failed. If it is a reconstructed total loss, they may not have replaced the air bags at all. If the car came from the US, you may be able to do some trouble shooting workflows outlined in the FSM which you can find here:

As for watching movies on the front LCD screen, I don't think the 2005 models had that capability. You can add a device such as TVandNav2go or AVElectronic to allow you to do this. You may need a video signal amplifier to go with it if you are planning to use the existing rear DVD player. Not sure why one tire says 0 psi (assuming you checked and made sure all your tires have pressure). I'm thinking TPMS sensors that aren't relaying info the computer would just display Asterisks (*).
As for obtaining parts, you would be best off determining where the car was originally sold and look for online vendors that ship internationally. I'm not sure the QX56 was ever released officially outside of north america.
How are you certain? Car's can be fixed quote well. I've seen many cars whose airbags have been deployed have the air bags stuffed back in and sealed up. There is a reason insurance adjusters will cut the bag open and write the claim information on the airbag when they inspect a vehicle with a deployed airbag. Its not always difficult to spot evidence of accidents, but you have to know what you are looking for.TomasQX wrote:Car isn´t crashed.
It may be. It could be any number of things. Check to see what the Service Manual I linked you to says. If that is above your head, you may need to take it to a mechanic. And I highly recommend not working on your air bag system unless you know what you are doing. If you happen to be in the path of a deploying airbag, it can seriously injure or kill you.TomasQX wrote:All airbags are OK. I think that the fault is a sensor for air bags.
As I pointed out before, some of our sponsors might have it. You'll have to do some of your own legwork. You can also try googling for Nissan parts dealer. And any Dealer should be able to get it. The issue might be whether or not they ship internationally.TomasQX wrote:I would still like to know where I buy switch ON-DOOR-OFF?
