problem with my ac after i installed a new deck

I installed a new deck today and everything worked fine. Then i tried the ac and the lights are all one and air blows but its not cold. I then tried it later and it worked, but it comes and goes. I don't know what may have happened if any one can help thankyou

If the compressor is firing and the fluid levels are ok, I'd pull the head unit back out and recheck the wiring. Since everything plugs into a harness, it's unlikely that you actually missed wires. Maybe the harness isn't properly seated. Also, check the wires to make sure you didn't accidentally cut one.

i took it out and reinstalled it twice and reconnected the ac unit and never could get it to work any differently.

Cool. I didn't think there was anything you could've done to cause that. Just freaky timing that it started causing problems. Glad things are under control.
