Problem with Meter and Gauges, Digital Type

Hi!! to all, the Meter and Gauges of my maxima '89 is not iluminated , it is the digital type, i just see the fuel and temp gauge but the tacometer and speedometer don't have ligth, one time in a month it iluminates and then turn off again, any ideas

maybe a relay? which relay? thanks!!
