I installed KYB AGX shocks on my 91 240. I have had them in for about a week now. They road beautiful for about 5 days then the last 2 or 3 days the back shocks have seemed to softened up and ride almost like my old stock suspension ( very bad). I have the shocks set on the 4 which is the most extreme you can go. I looked at the shocks and noticed some kind of liquid has leaked on the thing that goes around the shock not the spring but the other thing which i am unsure of the name for that peice. If any of you have any idea of what has happened i would gladly like to know.

I have eibach sportlines. But i emailed the company and asked them if they would work on the shocks and they said they would.

I live outside the city so so the roads arent so bad, but i go to school in town and thats where everthing is and the roads are ok in some places but some they just suck. I looked at them yesterday and i think maybe a ceal has broken because i can see something has leeked out of the shocks.

Wow, I would definately guess that that is a defect in the manufacturing. I accidentally had my car set to 2/8 on the back for awhile and than switched them to 7/8 and thankfully they are very stiff. So I would say that if KYB claims that the sportline springs can be used with them and you had them set up 4 in the back than its a defect. By the way, I'm using 7/8 on the back and 3/4 on the front

Well when i was looking at the settings on the back i understood it that there were really only 4 different settings. So 7 on the dial would really be putting it on 4 like on the front shocks. But maybe i am wrong .

Well i have heard other people put those springs on the AGX's. I will have to call again and talk.

240DRFT: Sorry next time i will remember to put it in the suspension section. Its just it was on my 240 so i figured i put it in here. Sorry again.
