hi , not too long ago i got 95 ecu tunned by jwt to work on my 98 s14and since than i cant get my car to run right . it started when i first installed this ecu , car would idle very lean 18-1 19-1 . after spending couple hours i find out that crankcase breather needs to be rec back in to the intake , that helped a lot for idle but the car still drives bad . i get between 14,3 - 14,6 at crusing speed wich is a little rich and 9.8 to 10.1 - 1 at wot wich is super rich , plus sometimes car will go to under 10 -1 at normal city driving for couple seconds than back to 14,7 or it would go lean (17.1 -1) for couple of secnds and than back . it really pisses me off especialy if im driving in traffic and car will shoot flames really loud without even without boosting . im going to try to move maf 18 inch from turbo , now is about 8 inches , plus im going to try different tps because one i have is a litle low at wot ( .32v idle 3.4 wot ) my settup is 95 jmt ecu 5 speed 740cc injectors z 32 maf 8.8 to 1 arias pistons bov rec back in to intake please tell me what you guys think thanx

You have the same program I have and yes it leans at idle around 19:1. At WOT I get around 10:1. If you plan on using JWT you will need to buy a SAFCII in order to change your AFR. This is pretty much typical with a JWT ECU setup.

You would think as many people that have this exact same problem that they would be willing to change their default program.

u shouldnt have your mafs that close to your turbo or u will get pulsed signals from your mafs which might be giving u the problems.

pulsed signal how far away would it have to be and what would be the symptoms of this my car isnt quite running right especially at an idle could this be the reason it is probably a little under a foot away from the turbo

You think if i bought the IAP Stage 1+ which includes the JWT ECU that i would need to get an SAFC-II seperate??

unfortunately, every JWT ecu program thats higher then 370cc program will require a SAFC to make it run right at idle. kinda dumb, but its usefull to have a SAFC anyways casue you can fine tune the thing to make more power.
