Welcome to NICO! We have a G35 specific forum which is a more approprite place for your question and will probably get you more helpful responses.

Provided that you put the clutch pedal to the floor each time, the 3 most likely culprits are:

1. Ignition switch2. Electrical problem (battery, switches/relays)3. Starter/solenoid

It's probably the ignition switch, but I have seen cars do weird things...check the easy things first-battery terminals/connections; make sure they're clean. Check the ground terminal off the negative...make sure it's free from corrosion as well.

I'm not convinced it's the clutch switch. Usually when they go, they go completely...not intermittent.

Since you have a 2003, do you still have the original battery? If so you may have a weak cell? In any case if the battery is over 3 years old, I'd consider replacing it. Carefully examine the battery cables. If they have any corrosion or are frayed replace them also. When the trouble does occur, do your headlights shine brightly? They should only dim slightly when you attempt to start. If they go out in the start position, the battery has a bad cell.
